Key responsibilities:
-Deliver and exceptional welcome
-Support all appointments in an impactful way
-Assist with running product, gift wrapping, food and beverage service, client data capture.
-Assist with quick service and personalization requests including strap changes, bracelet sizing, steam cleaning, cord changes, engraving, embossing etc.
-Assist with client development activities and execution of client treatments.
-Provide recommendations and personal services of the highest level that may include direction, restaurant reservations, entertainment request, floral orders etc.
-Assist with phone duties, supporting with incoming calls, retrieval of messages and appointment setting for phone inquires.
-Support the flow of boutique traffic
-In partnership with the Operations Coordinator, manage the boutique supplies in terms of sales and hospitality areas and optimize storage organization.
-Assist with organization and tracking of client experience tools such as food and beverage, Cartier gifts, stationary and
fragrance samples.

Qualifications:
-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus.

Personal Skills
-Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends)
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
-Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities.

Pay Rate: $24-$25
